The 2016 Paradise Hills Vineyard Proprietary Red is an utterly fascinating wine that is all about structure, balance and refinement. Composed of Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot this dazzling red opens to aromas of red currants, ripe dark plums, spring flowers, spices, graphite and hints of licorice that all come together in the glass.
